We cannot afford to remain complacent on
public land and water issues. Issues of concern include the Forest Management Revision Plan and
the State School Trust Lands within the Boundary Waters, resulting in
loss revenues for the past 25 years of over $16,000,000 for Minnesota
schools.
What can you do?
- Pay your dues.
- Buy a print.
- Buy a hat.
- Make a special donation.
- Write your legislators.
- Submit written comments regarding the Proposed Forest
Plans and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Chippewa and
Superior National Forests.
- Volunteer at the CWCS booth at the Blueberry Arts Festival and the Harvest Moon Festival in Ely.
